My Blog has everything you need to get started making money online… Links, instructions, and all questions answered. Also the top 3 most reliable GPT sites on the web! (from my own personal experiences over 3 years). I avg about 200-300 dollars a month from #1 and about 25$ each on method # 2,3 but only because I have basically just started. Now enjoy and stick with it is my best advice! If your from US you can profite a ton due to so many offers available to you! Check my first vid too!

I invested in Elegant themes but to be honest I get more mileage and better customisation out of the freebies. Your ideas sound pretty sensible though.

there is some interesting data going around at the moment about the premium themes and GPL license ramifications. Legal cases have found in favor of the end-user so thats cool!
